History Photo Gallery William J. Millard- First Master of Millersville 1852 Winpenny Mill on Fall Creek was the first home of Millersville Lodge. 1853-1924 Millersville Lodge Hall shared space with the Methodist Church. The Roberts Dairy family donated the land on which the lodge is located, in addition to providing Millersville with six Worshipful Masters.
